How Can severe Pelvic Pain Along With Loss Of Appetite Be Treated?

I m having really bad pains in my pelvic area and is going around into my back it does not come and go it stays. I m also have problems with holding in my urin it just comes out before I can even make it to the bathroom. I have not been hungry at all I will eat a little and be full. I m tired all the time and just feel lazy. Im a women and am only 26 years old

Hello, After going through your query I think you may be having a urinary tract infection.Get an urine test & culture and sensitivity of urine done.In the mean time drink lots of fluids.You can start Nitrofurantin after giving the urine for testing.
